A number of international aviation leaders wrote about their views and impressions of J. R. D. Tata for this book. These include Sir Frederick Tymms, the first Director of Civil Aviation in India; Sir William Hildred, the first Director General of IATAWilliam Seawell, chairman of Pan Am; Air Chief Marshal P. C. Lal et al.

First published in 1978, this book was not reprinted. Being the first book of its kind on the pioneering development of Indian aviation, it is highly rare and hard-to-find, especially in such excellent condition as the one we are offering.
